CDS member Jane Veveris Callan is a finalist in the David Shepherd Wildlife Fund, Wildlife Artist of the Year 2024. Her artwork ‘Fading Away’ will be exhibited from 1st – 6th July at the Mall Galleries, London SW1Y 5AS. The exhibition can also be viewed online. Her mixed media linocut and watercolour work has been shortlisted in the ‘Facing Extinction’ category and draws attention to the gradual loss of the endangered migratory Monarch butterfly.

DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year 2024 has attracted entries from exceptionally talented amateur and professional artists all over the world. Since its inception in 2008, DSWF Wildlife Artist of the Year has attracted more than 17,500 entries and has raised nearly £2 million for wildlife causes through entry fees, exhibition sales, and sponsorships.
