Last week, 25 members and Friends of CDS joined our March SketchTogether to capture the rehearsal of “A Vanishing Act” at Corpus Playroom, Cambridge. The atmosphere was dramatic, but very dark for us sketchers! It was a challenge to see, but we embraced the challenge and it was a great opportunity to experiment with bold lines and expressive markmaking!  Thank you to playwright Declan Foy for giving us this fabulous sketching challenge.

Afterwards we continued the fun at the Hilton Piano Bar for more sketching and great conversation. A wonderful day of theatre, artistic resilience, camaraderie and great sketches!
