Anna Pye

Anna grew up on a farm in south Cambridgeshire surrounded by animals, wildlife and the countryside, which continues to inspire her work. She enjoys lino cutting, screen printing and mono printing. She exhibits widely in galleries and with the Cambridge Drawing Society, Royston Arts Society and Cambridge Open Studios.

Anna has always been creative and on retirement she became captivated by printmaking in 2011. She loves the tools, processes, materials and colours involved in print making both on paper and fabric.

Current   monoprinting is reflecting her lifelong interest in nature, textiles, sewing and colour.

Anna loves inspiring others and holds lino cutting and mono print workshops in her studio in Steeple Morden and at other venues around the country.
